Former President Donald J. Trump speaks at a rally in Adams County, during which he endorsed candidates Mary Miller for Congress in the new 15th District and Darren Bailey for the GOP nomination for governor. Voters will determine Tuesday between Miller and U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis for Congress and select a Republican nominee for governor from among a field of six.
